We are a unique mother and son real estate team that have called The Woodlands home since 1981. Combining over 45 years of real estate experience, we have watched The Woodlands grow from 5,000 residents to over 110,000 residents. Together as a team, we add a diversification of talents, knowledge, and experience. We feel our strength and uniqueness as a team comes in providing a customized approach to meet each client’s particular needs.

Tory Hearn


I have been a Woodlands resident for over 35 years and have watched The Woodlands grow into the unparalleled Master planned community it has become. Growing up in The Woodlands where the community was constantly growing and changing, I became interested at an early age in real estate and land development. I have extensive knowledge of the community, schools, and vast amenities of The Woodlands and South Montgomery County. I grew up here, went to school here, played sports here, and am now raising my kids in this community. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers, and I feel it is essential to know both sides of the real estate process in order to serve my clients to the best of my ability. Whether it’s The Woodlands, or the surrounding communities, I look forward to helping my clients find the perfect fit in their real estate needs.

After receiving my graduate degree in Human Development from the University of Kansas, I first came to Houston to launch Houston Achievement Place, a residential treatment facility for children and families with special needs. I entered a new phase in my life and started my real estate career in 1994 as a sales professional with Ryland Homes, a national homebuilder and Fortune 500 company. In 2002, I went to work for Village Builders, another Fortune 500 homebuilder. After selling over 1000 new homes in The Woodlands for Ryland Homes and Village Builders over a 15 year period, I left new home sales to join Tory as a Realtor at REMAX. Along with being a full time realtor, I am also a certified home staging specialist. It is extremely rewarding for me to help past clients and new clients with all their real estate needs. It is a wonderful experience to be business partners with my son. I feel Tory and I have different strengths that we both bring to the team and that our diversity is one of the things that makes us unique and successful.

Kezia Callahan


I am a Texas native and landed in the Houston area to earn a degree at the University of Houston, Conrad Hilton College. Ten years’ experience as a director in hospitality event coordination has prepared me to provide the best one on one dedicated service to clients. As an active member of my community during that time, I was excited to turn my focus toward residential real estate.
