Jenny and Tory Hearn are a unique mother and son real estate team that have called The Woodlands home since 1981. Combining over 23 years of real estate experience, Jenny and Tory have watched The Woodlands grow from 5,000 residents to 85,000 residents. Together as a team Jenny and Tory add a diversification of talents, knowledge, and experience. Tory has been honored by The Woodlands Homefinder Center and The Woodlands Development Company as one of thirteen Realtors named to the “Executive Producers Club”. This award is given to Realtors selling eight or more new homes within The Woodlands for the year. In 2007 Tory was named “Realtor of Distinction” by The Woodlands Operating Company. He is an Accredited Buyers Representative and is a multi-million dollar producer. Tory has been awarded to the REMAX Platinum Club and has served on The Woodlands Development Company Advisory Board. He has a vast knowledge of the area homebuilders and stays in tune with new developments throughout the community. Enthusiastic, caring, honest, and hard working, Tory believes in developing customers for life. Tory and his family currently reside in The Woodlands. He enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family and friends.

Jenny has been “bringing families home” to over 1000 Woodlands residents since 1994. After receiving her graduate degree in Human Development from the University of Kansas, Jenny first came to Houston to

launch Houston Achievement Place, a residential treatment facility for children and families with special needs. During Tory’s first year of college, Jenny entered a new phase in her life and started her real estate career with the national home builder and a fortune 500 company, Ryland Homes. In 2002 she went to work for Village Builders, another fortune 500 national homebuilder. Jenny has consistently been honored over the years as a multi-million dollar producer by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Houston Area. The Woodlands Development Company has honored Jenny 3 times as “New Home Sales Person of the Year” for both Ryland Homes and Village Builders. In 2007 Jenny sold over $21.7 million dollars in homes for Village Builders and was nominated for the prestigious PRISM award for the second time in her career. After years of working in the new home sales side of real estate, Jenny decided to join her son Tory as a full time realtor selling residential real estate. She is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist and has extensive knowledge of home staging. Jenny’s goal with each client is to make their real estate process “seamless”. Jenny has lived in several villages of The Woodlands over the past 27 years and currently lives in the village of Sterling Ridge. She enjoys spending time with her friends and two grandsons.

Jade is the marketing and creative director for The Hearn Team. Jade works closely with Jenny and Tory to develop a marketing plan for each listing. Jade handles the day to day operations of The Hearn Team and

makes sure all past clients are well taken care of. Jade is a graduate of Lamar University and worked in new home sales for Life Forms Homes prior to joining the team. Jade has been a Woodlands resident since 2001 and has a vast knowledge of the real estate industry in and around The Woodlands. Jade’s most important job is helping Tory raise their two sons, Kaden and Kellan.
